I have worn many hats throughout my career—my diverse background includes product design, product management, brand design, marketing communications, experience design and design strategy.

 
 

Product

I’ve redefined operations for the global hospitality industry, launched the first wireless version of the UP activity-tracking wristband and built a customer knowledge-base to teach brands and publishers how to harness the power of social content.

Marketing

I’ve told the story of why real moments make brands better—with Spike Lee—revealed sleep secrets powered by UP big data, and mapped behavior at the 2013 TED conference, including Herbie Hancock’s!

Strategy, ETC.

I’ve designed the cover of Starbucks’ CEO Howard Schultz’s book, Onward, with coffee as my tool, explored the future of commerce with a leading online marketplace, and redefined the future of LGBT news.
