Telling the story of smarter teams and happier guests. Quore is the world’s leading cloud-based enterprise software tool that enables hotels to manage day-to-day operations with ease, from anywhere.
Quore had been working behind the scenes since 2012, helping hotels streamline operations. But we realized that while our customers had always advocated for our tools, and we were beginning to make a name for ourselves in the service optimization space, a lot of hotels still hadn't heard of us!
In 2018 we set out to redesign our brand and website in anticipation of a large brand awareness campaign. This was our chance to bring our true vision to life: a future in which technology enables great service through great people.
Getting Inspired
Our new brand embodied our modern take on a centuries-old industry—blending the time-honored tradition of hospitality with the promise of present-day technology. We drew inspiration from the mid-century era of hospitality, a time of post-war optimism, new access to travel, friendly service and a rising hope for technology.
We wanted our photography to become the new face of hospitality by focusing on everyday employees of hotels—and actual Quore users—with their tools of the trade, as the main focus. We worked with photographer Jason Travis.
Smarter Team, Happier Guest
We unveiled a brand-new look and feel on our website and simplified how we present our product into five clear areas of value we provide to customers. It was built as a fully responsive site to look great on any screen size.
A Campaign to Mirror Our Growth
"You love hotels, and we do too" became the whole inspiration behind our brand awareness campaign. Surrounded by bright colors and playful shapes that communicate our friendly and approachable brand, our customers were the central focus. Our "we do too" statements show an array of hotel jobs, situations and ideas that we care about too.
Setting a New Brand Standard
From trade shows, to social, to landing pages and nurture campaigns, we extended our brand across multiple mediums and created internal brand guidelines to share our brand with the entire team.
The Results
In the month following the launch of our new website and brand awareness campaign we experienced an significant uptick in web traffic, leads and social followers.
